Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Career Counselor at Kanzen Consulting Pvt. Ltd. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, career development, and career management services to clients. They will also be involved in student counseling and effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Student Counseling skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the field of career counseling or related areas
• Relevant certifications in career counseling or related areas
• Experience in Psychometric Testing of the Students
