We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to guide students in Grades 812 as they navigate undergraduate applications to top universities in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. Leveraging our proprietary AI platform, Ada, you will provide personalized support to help students achieve their academic aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Career Guidance
- Assist students in identifying interests, strengths, and career goals.
- Provide insights into universities, programs, and costs across target countries.
- Advise on extracurriculars, internships, and activities to enhance applications.
Application Support
- Guide students through college applications, essays, and recommendation letters.
- Review and provide feedback on personal statements and essays.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
- Offer consistent support throughout the application process.
Test Preparation & Workshops
- Provide guidance on standardized tests (SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS).
- Lead sessions on college selection, application strategies, and scholarships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in college counseling or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems and application processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with high school students in India.
- Familiarity with global admission criteria.
