Job Description:
As an Admission Counselor at BankEdge, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective students toward fulfilling careers in the BFSI sector. You will provide expert advice on our training programs, support them through the admission process, and ensure their journey with us is smooth and successful. Key Responsibilities:
- Student Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective students. Provide personalized advice on program offerings and guide them through their decision-making process.
- Consultations & Assessments: Conduct in-depth consultations with students, assess their qualifications and career aspirations, and recommend appropriate courses to align with their goals in the BFSI sector.
- Program Expertise: Stay updated on all training programs, industry trends, and employment opportunities in the BFSI sector to serve as a knowledgeable advisor.
- Program Management: Oversee the smooth delivery of programs (both online and offline), ensuring they meet institutional standards and exceed student expectations.
- Informational Sessions: Organize and lead sessions that provide potential students with clear information about program details, admission procedures, and career prospects in the BFSI industry.
- Admissions Support: Offer continuous support throughout the admission process, from application submission to document verification, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Use phone calls, emails, and online platforms to communicate effectively with students, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed at every step.
- Innovative Recruitment: Collaborate with the team to design and implement creative strategies that attract a diverse and talented pool of students.
- Collaboration: Work closely with trainers, career counselors, and support staff to create an exceptional experience for students and optimize recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex information for a diverse audience.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools.
- Experience: Prior experience in admissions counseling or a related role is highly desirable, particularly within the BFSI or education sectors.
- Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills with a focus on problem-solving and helping students achieve their career goals.
