Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education or related field
Proven experience as a career counselor in an ICSE/ISC school setting
Strong knowledge of the ICSE/ISC curriculum and career pathways
Certification in career counseling or guidance
Ability to assess and interpret career assessments and psychometric tools
