Job Title: Counsellor

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Counsellor to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal

candidate will play a crucial role in guiding students and parents in their learning journey, ensuring they

receive the support and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct structured counseling sessions to advise students and parents on their learning needs.

- Schedule and conduct online demo sessions daily, including follow-up sessions to track progress and

address concerns.

- Analyze customer profiles and learning challenges to articulate the implications of ineffective learning

methods.

- Promote the concept of Smart Learning and advocate for Vedantu Subscription as a solution tailored to

individual needs.

- Manage objections and engage in price negotiations to drive sales revenue effectively.

- Continuously enhance personal product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed defined sales

targets.

- Maintain a deep understanding of consumer behavior, particularly that of students and parents, to tailor

counseling approaches.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Telugu

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in counseling, sales, or customer service.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to empathize with students and parents, providing tailored solutions.

- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
