With a focus on delivering quality staffing, executive search, and HR advisory services, the firm helps clients attract, retain, and manage top talent, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.

What You'll Do:

• Embrace Our Culture: Bring your dedication and skills to add value for our clients and team members.
• Daily Reporting: Send reports on NDA signed, Attribute round, and Internal technical round statistics to your Team Lead by the end of each day.
• Resource Understanding: Work proactively to understand and address client recruitment needs, using effective tools for sourcing and onboarding.
• Meet Client Timelines: Successfully meet recruitment deadlines for multiple clients as assigned.
• Develop Strategies: Plan and execute recruitment strategies with guidance from your Manager or Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via various channels (networking, cold calling, etc.).
• Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams and candidates.
• Track candidate pipelines
• Work with your managers to develop staffing strategies.

Requirements:

• Good Communication Skills
• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic work environment and adjust strategies as needed.
• Eager to Learn: Open to expanding your knowledge and responsibilities to support team goals.
• Understanding of Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with ATS, recruitment software, and technology is a plus.
