Job Description

  • Assisting physicians during cardiac procedures
  • Operating and monitoring diagnostic equipment
  • Conducting stress tests and ECG procedures
  • Ensuring accurate patient history documentation
  • Managing inventory of medical supplies
  • Providing patient education on procedures
  • Performing quality control on equipment
  • Assisting in research studies and clinical trials
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals for patient care
  • Responding to emergency situations
Required Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in cardiovascular technology or related field
  • Certification in Cardiovascular Technology (CCT)
  • Experience with invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures
  • Proficiency in medical equipment operation
  • Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations
