Full job description Order Processing:

As a Sales Executive for car sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Your goal will be to help customers make informed decisions while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Customer Consultation:
  • Greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate vehicles.
Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to purchase.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and market trends.
Conduct demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle performance and value.
  • Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and additional services.
Sales Process Management:
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and terms of the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting dealership targets.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation, including sales contracts, financing agreements, and trade-in evaluations.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
  • Actively participate in sales promotions and campaigns to boost vehicle sales.
Market Awareness: Monitor competitors and market trends to stay competitive and provide customers with up-to-date information.
  • Maintain knowledge of inventory availability and pricing strategies.

  • Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support the marketing team in organizing events, promotions, and product launches.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain relationships.
  • Knowledge of the car sales process, financing options, and market trends.
A valid driver's license and knowledge of vehicle regulations.

  • Monday to Saturday

Salary:
  • As per market standards with attractive Incentives & have the opportunity for potential earn up to
  • 5lakhs per month


Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Any Graduate

Experience:
  • sales: 4 years (Preferred)
Lead generation: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Car Sales industry: 4 years (Preferred)


Language:


Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred for certain reporting tasks.
