Job Description

Customer Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Vehicle Presentation: Showcase and sell vehicles, providing detailed information about features, specifications, and pricing.Sales Process: Handle all aspects of the sales process, including negotiations, paperwork, and financing options.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
Post-Sales Support: Provide after-sales support, including follow-ups and addressing any customer concerns or issues.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Knowledge: Good understanding of automotive products and market trends.
  • Work Environment:
Location: Typically based at an auto dealership or sales lot.
Hours: May include weekends and evenings to accommodate customer schedules.
  • Compensation:
Salary: Base salary with commission based on sales performance.
