As a Car Park & Kerb SideManager you have to ensure that the parking operations are running smoothly, overseeing the day to day operation coordination with different departments , to ensure VIP Movement Management ,Managing the Kerb and touting activities ,Coordination with PMS provider for upkeep of the instruments.
Responsibilities: -
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Monitor parking areas to ensure efficient use of space and compliance with regulations.
- Operate parking control equipment such as barriers, ticket machines, and payment systems.
- Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and prepare reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual parking revenue reports.
- Handle lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Collaborate with security personnel in handling incidents and emergencies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to parking facilities and equipment.
- Cash reconciliation and timely banking
- Responsible for Daily Parking report and audit checks
Job Requirement
Graduate with any area of specialization.
Candidate coming from Airport background will be preferred.
Candidates should have good Computer/ IT Skills such as MS office and Email correspondence.
Should have good business communication skills both written and spoken English language and having knowledge of written/spoken local language.
Minimum experience of 5 to 7 years of handling car parking operations and kerb side operations at an airport.
