As a Luxury Car Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and premium transportation services to high-profile clients and executives using luxury vehicles. Role & responsibilities
- Safe and Courteous Driving: Operate luxury vehicles with the utmost care, ensuring the safety of passengers and adhering to all traffic regulations and laws. Maintain a high level of professionalism and politeness while interacting with clients.
- Client Service: Offer a personalized and hospitable experience to clients, greeting them with a warm demeanor, opening doors, and assisting with luggage. Strive to exceed customer expectations and handle any special requests gracefully.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the luxury vehicle to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition. Report any mechanical issues promptly and coordinate with the appropriate personnel for timely repairs and servicing.
- Route Planning: Familiarize yourself with the best routes and alternate options to avoid traffic and delays, ensuring a smooth and timely journey for clients.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and conversations during journeys.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to keep clients informed about journey details and any potential changes or delays.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable to varying schedules and client demands, including occasional evening, weekend, and holiday driving.
- Safety and Security: Take measures to ensure the safety and security of passengers, such as locking doors while driving and being vigilant during stops.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and any expenses incurred during driving duties.
- Professional Appearance: Present yourself in a well-groomed and professional manner, wearing appropriate attire and adhering to company dress code standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Valid and clean driver's license.
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in luxury transportation.
- Married professionals preferred for the role
- Karnataka based folks preferred, native Bangaloreans will have an advantage
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact.
- Punctuality and reliability are paramount.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications for route planning.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
- A high level of responsibility and dedication to ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.
