Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Captain's to join our team at Hotel Paramos Inn. As a Captain's, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the restaurant and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
• Supervise and manage the staff, including training and scheduling
• Oversee the seating arrangements for guests and ensure their comfort
• Interact and engage with customers to provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
• Assist in developing and implementing new menus and promotions
