Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the IB & RASF IT PMs & technology leads to deliver best in class technology solutions that meet business requirements for both existing and new Product propositions.
• Drive continuous improvement of our technology solutions.
• Support and guide POD members on requirements, product design, clear choice and architectural decisions.
• Team working
• Be a key part of the Business Analysis team encouraging a cohesive shared knowledge environment.
• Assist other Business Analysts in the team to brainstorm solutions to business requirements.

• Outstanding Analytical skills
• Competent Communication within the team
• A Self-Starter
• Experience in Agile.
• Delivery and Project implementation focused.
• Strong BA relationship management and collaborative, encouraging team skills to ensure both IT and business teams remain engaged and comfortable to progress with analysis and delivery of proposed solutions.
• Experience with oracle relational databases and basic SQL JIRA (or similar)

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements: (Good to have Requirements)

• Experience with Syndication order management function.
• Working individually or within a team to implement appropriate process solutions.
• Tenacity to follow up on individuals/groups with project dependencies.
• Self-sufficient with a hands-on can do attitude.
• Innovative and independent thinker
• Flexibility and appreciation of need for pragmatism where appropriate
• Ability to create innovative solutions.
• Ability to operate under pressure.
