We are hiring a Capability Marketing Lead for the Cloud and Ecosystem Team (including hyperscalers and technology OEMs) who will be part of the product/offering portfolio mapped to the Business leaders of Strategic Business Units and partner ecosystems.
Role Overview:
As a marketing manager, you will define the marketing strategy and initiatives that create visibility, build familiarity, and generate customer leads. You will work with your team to create brand awareness initiatives for the business, including internal and external comms.
As part of the Capability marketing team, you will execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including Events, Campaigns, Digital Channels, Demand Generation and ABM. You will work closely with the marketing, and the business leads to ensure complete alignment with the business strategy and goals and enable strategic business objectives.
You will help define the messaging for defined target audiences, establish our thought leadership and creatively showcase our strengths and key differentiators to industry decision-makers and influencers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Market Research and Analysis: Identify customer segments, needs, and competitor moves (solutions, PR, creatives). This will inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Strategy and Planning: Work with the team to craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Business unit that is consistent with the overarching marketing and business strategies.
- Content creation, roadmap and planning: With strong experience in IT/ technology content creation, build quarterly & annual plan for content marketing with business leaders with focus on always on marketing and customizable for channel-based campaigns (including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and overview sales presentations)
- Partner Marketing: Joint marketing plan development and execution with partners. This will involve strategic planning development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Leverage various channels, working closely with our digital marketing team to create and Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel and convert them into customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business, sales, service lines, operations, Industry Marketing teams, and Corporate and Brand teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
- Measuring and Analyzing Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Track and analyze metrics such as website traffic and conversion rates to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
Develop and maintain sales enablement and training materials (battle cards, pitch decks). Develop and execute an internal communication plan for the business.
Develop and execute an external communication plan for the business, including PR, social media, and analyst/advocacy communications.
Overall Skills and Experience Required:
- Should have 4-10 years of partner marketing, product and solutions marketing or Field Marketing experience
- Creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking and Strong Communications Skills
- Strong expertise in end-to-end management of content creation, roadmap and planning
- Self-starter individual contributor as well as a collaborative team player
- Ability to navigate and work in ambiguous situations.
- Creative thinking with an ability to drive innovation.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on criticality without compromising quality.
- Excellent Communication and People Management Skillskey stakeholders will be the seniorand mid-level leadership team across the globe and functions.
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel/PowerPoint/ Word); knowledge of any other business tools will be an additional advantage.
Experience in managing external agencies and content creators to produce high-quality marketing material.
MBA preferred but not mandatory; we value talent and innovation over formal education.
Previous experience in Tier 1 IT services marketing preferred.
