The Global HR Services team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive colleague experience across the entire colleague lifecycle. Global Scaled Operations team within Global HR Services, focuses on HR operations, managing unique escalations, and looking for future opportunities to scale across globe. We design, build, and implement global operational onboarding processes that enhance the experiences of our new hires and people managers.
Principal Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team responsible forRecruiting AdministrationOnboarding services program & operations
- Partner with all stakeholders (Recruiting, HR Solutions, HR Services, L&D etc.) to deliver on colleague onboarding initiatives and operations
- Negotiate and implement new operating models to right size the turnaround times for the most enhanced scope of screening in WTW.
- Identify Legacy processes which are manual in nature and build a simplified & Agile model.
- Work with Global Teams to support the Interview Scheduling & Early Careers Screening Process
- Engage & Contribute in existing Global Onboarding & Recruitment projects as necessary
- Expert in implementation of new regulations, transformation of processes in line with new regulations and eradication of legacy guidelines globally.
- Support the ongoing Recruitment & Onboarding Projects & helps stabilize the change.
- Perform internal audits to verify accuracy of checks conducted and record results
- Update outcome of background checks conducted in HR Systems
- Manage queries, issues/escalations & Audits
- Ensure Process Documents are updated at all times & review is conducted as per agreed timelines
- Provide a monthly cadence on the Metrics & highlight the challenges & Wins of the team
- Build a strong cross functional team and ensure talent engagement & development
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders - Hiring Managers, TA'S , Recruitment to Provide global support.
- Create internal colleague research surveys, focus groups, to better understand and assess pain points
- Assess and implement global recruiting administration and new hires onboarding process improvements and measure results
- Participate in any initiatives/ technology evaluations that may be relevant
- Identify, track, and raise issues and risks related to lifecycle segment initiatives
- Drive scalable new hire experiences by enabling new hire/colleague and manager self-service capabilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation
- Experience in Human Resource, recruiting operations, or Global Onboarding/hiring experience.
- Experience in leading projects and developing standardized processes in Onboarding and/or recruiting systems and supporting processes
- Experience in Recruitment systems, Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow
- Experience in managing teams across multiple geographies and leading a large team
- Experience in building relationships and influence others while working cross-functionally
- Experience with change management and transformation
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting experiences
- Experience in driving and lead cross-functional teams toward completion of multiple projects
- Experience in collaborating and communicating across all levels of a global organization while influencing partners to achieve results
- Experience in dealing with ambiguity and react quickly to changing priorities
