Job Description

Job Title: Campus Recruiter (Executive/Sr. Executive)

Location: Gurgaon (Must be flexible to travel and work)

Job Type: Full time

Job Summary:

The HR Executive/Sr. Executive will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire college students and recent graduates for our hiring requirements. This role involves doing campus research, building relationships with esteemed academic institutions, getting them onboarded, participating in career fairs/drives, and managing the recruitment process from reaching to campus till student onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campus Research and Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations to promote the company's brand and career opportunities for our ongoing hiring requirements.

Organize and participate in campus events, career fairs, and information sessions to engage with potential candidates.

2. Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement effective campus recruitment plans to attract diverse talent.

Collaborate with campus placement officers to understand their student needs and create targeted outreach plans.

3. Candidate Sourcing:

Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and campus networks.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.

4. Onboarding and Follow-Up:

Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition of the whole process.

Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to the internal and external stakeholders.

5. Data Management and Reporting:

Track and analyse campus recruitment drive metrics, students data, application status to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts.

Prepare reports and presentations for management on recruitment activities and outcomes

6. Collaboration:

Work closely with the HR team to align campus recruitment efforts with overall talent acquisition strategies.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous (minimum 1 year in campus recruitment) or talent acquisition in aviation industry is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident and with the ability to engage and connect with students.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 283,585.59 - 450,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
