- To fulfill the entry-level talent requirements in a timely manner with specific focus on the Campus Recruiting, Graduate Program Management & Campus Engagement , so that the company is able to meet its business goals, while making it as a preferred employer in the campus.
- To network and build Campus Relationship and ensure the company is having the right brand on the campus.
Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Campus Recruiting, Campus Engagements & Program Management
- Interact with business unit heads to identify the entry-level talent requirements capturing business unit-wise, skill-wise and location-wise requirements.
- Work with the Corporate Campus Recruiting Team and Head of Talent Acquisition, to confirm that recruiting is consistent with the companys Corporate HR practices.
- Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns
- Researching hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations
- Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
- Maintaining/Presenting MI pertaining to Campus Hiring, Program and Engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and review the pre-placement presentation in consultation with Marketing Team. - Prepare, review and manage the assessments for campus hires.
- Develop, manage and review periodically the Campus Hiring process.
- Oversee and drive Graduate Program for campus hires
- Review the documents of the candidates recommended as final selects and release the Spot Offer Intimation.
Job Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates for selection & hiring records (Resume, Offer letter, Application form, Answer Papers, Interview Evaluation Forms, Provisional Offer Letter copy), updates offer database & other reports/database
- Coordinate with Business & Training Groups to finalize batch-wise joining of Campus Hires.
- Release pre-employment medical examination and Provisional Offer Letter to every batch of Campus Hires.
- Hand over the weekly joiners dockets to Employee Services Team one week ahead of the actual DOJ of the candidates for the initial training along with the pre-employment medical examination report.
- Coordinate with Employee Services Team for completing the joining formalities of the Campus Hires.
- Work with relevant teams to execute the graduate program elements and maintain details of all campus offered/hired candidates.
- Provide regular updates to business/HR team/L&D/Marketing teams on developments/upcoming activities
- Ensure compliance to all company policies and other regulatory requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 8-10 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition function with minimum 5 years of experience in Campus Hiring.
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
- Able to plan, execute campus/off-campus hiring strategies and collaborate with multiple stake holders at unit and corporate levels.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, & procedures and clear communication skills.
- Should be willing to travel.
- Should be an engineering graduate / MBA.
- Aid Supervisors in the analysis of job performance and to recommend professional development pathways
- Provide guidance in educating other departments about the work that is done in Legato
- Assist in the analysis of Legato resources for campus hiring
- Provide a framework for Legato s learning and development department to develop topics for professional development events, including conferences, workshops, courses, and other initiatives that will support Legato s freshers knowledge and skill development
- Provide reference for multiple other Legato s stakeholders in helping to identify what Legato s campus hires should know and be able to do at different organization levels.
Qualification
- Master s degree in human resources
- 8+ years of experience in Talent acquisition
- Work experience in other human resource fields, or middle management is also helpful
Experience
- Designed and Implemented Campus Strategy for Service industry (India Geography)
- Should have managed India level operation for IT organization with large employee base from Campus Magt. standpoint
- Proven working experience as a campus specialist
- Prior experience in HR practices
- Working knowledge of evaluations and campus selections, campus marketing & benchmarking
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
