Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify potential campus ambassadors from diverse colleges and universities. Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent. Facilitate the onboarding process for new ambassadors.
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions to equip ambassadors with the knowledge and skills required to effectively represent the organization. Offer ongoing support and guidance to ensure ambassadors excel in their roles.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized promotional materials tailored to specific campus demographics. Ensure that promotional materials effectively communicate the organization's message and objectives.
4. Event Coordination: Plan and execute engaging campus events to increase awareness and engagement with the organization. Coordinate logistics, secure venues, and manage event budgets effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of the campus ambassador program. Analyze data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
- Ambassador Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for campus ambassadors. Address inquiries, provide feedback, and maintain positive relationships with ambassadors to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in student outreach, campus marketing, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
