Role Overview:
The Campsite Coordinator is responsible for the overall management, operation, and customer experience at the campsite. This role involves coordinating daily activities, managing campsite staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the site's facilities and services. The Campsite Coordinator will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information about campsite amenities, local attractions, and activities.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Campsite Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campsite, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
- Coordinate and schedule campsite activities such as bonfires, hikes, and other recreational events.
- Monitor campsite facilities, including restrooms, cabins, and common areas, to ensure they are clean and in good repair.
- Manage bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate records and availability.
- Staff Supervision:
- Supervise and manage campsite staff, including housekeepers, activity coordinators, and maintenance personnel.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure high standards of service and safety.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and activities.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all campsite operations comply with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Maintain records of incidents and ensure proper reporting and follow-up.
- Inventory and Supplies:
- Manage campsite inventory, including supplies, equipment, and food and beverage stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary items.
- Monitor and control costs related to campsite operations.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in promoting the campsite through various channels, including social media, local tourism boards, and partnerships with travel agencies.
- Gather guest feedback and reviews to improve services and enhance the guest experience.

Pay: 8,086.00 - 14,899.00 per month
