About The Role:
-Strategize and create retention and growth campaigns within the app, push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, Emails, and other CRM channels.
-Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Services) to establish growth strategies to support the revenue and retention goals.
-Build Email and WhatsApp Lead Generation customer journeys and campaigns
-Plan and execute targeted campaigns for product launches, festive sales, and other strategic initiatives.
-Track performance metrics of each campaign. Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings of the campaigns.
-Understanding of creative content and bringing more creative ideas to enhance campaign performance.
-Collaborate with the Graphic team to enhance creatives of each campaign.
What you will do:
- You've solid knowledge and understanding of handling in-app campaigns.
- Must have the experience in managing and tracking campaigns, and analytics usage on Clevertap, MoEngage or similar platforms. (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of running SQL queries is a plus not a must.
- You're highly creative, understand content and have experience in identifying target audiences and personas.
- You've strong analytical skills. Must understand campaign performance, drive insights and take corrective action to improve campaign performance.
- Knowledge of executing campaigns on- Push Notification, WhatsApp, SMS, Email.
- Must have build Email Campaigns for Lead Generation (Mandatory)
Expertise we need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience of 2-3 years to Strategize and create retention and growth campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with the B2C sales landscape and understanding of various industry verticals is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales enablement is highly desirable.
