Create integrated paid marketing campaigns across all available avenues, based on the clients requirement and market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.
Develop, launch, and manage the ongoing paid campaign strategy including but not limited to: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Social Media Ads, LinkedIn ads, Google Display, Programmatic and retargeting platforms.
Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven Ad Campaigns as required as per the campaigns requirement to achieve goals for an assigned geographic or firmographic defined market segment.
Ability to understand the Business category and conduct the required research on the product, service, and the business models.
Own and operate the digital advertising budget to ensure cost efficiencies, return on ad spend (ROAS) and executing to planned deliverables.
Create funnel and marketing strategies for internal and external clients.
Ensure campaign implementation follows brand, organizational and platform guidelines.
Devise a comprehensive campaign roadmap, phasing, timeline, and implementation schedule.
Apply an experimentation mindset to paid marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize. Continuously conduct A/B split testing across all channels.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve click through rates, decrease CPCs and CPLs and drive more MQLs.
Work with marketers across our team and in our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
Continually improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
Monitor all outlets and resources for campaign impact and progress. Compile regular campaign performance reports of campaign performance and results. Timely and consistent delivery of such analyses and reports.
Collaborate with the in-house agency team (both Copy and Art) to ensure that required assets are delivered in line with requirements and on time.
Work closely with external collaborators to ensure that all planned deliverables are delivered.
Be accountable for the documentation of all processes in the agency handbook for transparency and business continuity.
Share results and learnings with relevant team members and stakeholders.
Lead process improvements, working collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Services
Guide, manage and mentor a team of Paid Campaign Executives.
Ensure timely staffing and resource onboarding in keeping with the business needs of the agency
