We are seeking a talented Oracle Eloqua Journey Builder Lead to join our campaign management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer journeys as part of our marketing automation programs. This includes journey design and configuration, audience segmentation and data interrogation. Your job will be to scope, estimate & implement as per defined project scope and architecture. This involves studying the concept, strategy and vision for the project, including architectural schemes, features, functionality & building user scenarios, data models, information structure, workflows as well as working out technical specifications and test methods.

Oracle Eloqua Expertise: Extensive experience with Oracle Eloqua, including journey builder, campaign management, and reporting.
Marketing Automation: Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
HTML/CSS: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization.
Web development: Basic web development (JavaScript).
SQL: Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of SQL
Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and generating actionable insights.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Eloqua.
Good to have Skills:
CRM Integration: Experience with integrating Eloqua with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Content Creation: Skills in creating engaging content for email campaigns.

7+ years of demonstrated experience working as part of large Information Technology (IT) teams partnering with clients/business groups to support complex Marketing campaign data environment.
4+ years of relevant experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Oracle Eloqua
Experience in building solutions for organization's marketing campaign with proper analysis; designing, development and administration.
Design and build complex customer journeys using Oracle Eloqua.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Leverages knowledge of database marketing tools and principles to develop methods for process automation, process governance, and capabilities improvements.
Works with Marketing stakeholders to implement process & architecture improvements and changes.
Brings an innovation mindset to enhance overall design & performance.
Effectively collaborates with the internal team including marketing, analytics, product management, delivery channels, risk and compliance Ability to interact with and communicate effectively with management.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Good analytical skills, quick learner, team player.
Act as a mentor for Junior Developers and offshore teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science with >= 7 years of IT experience
4+ years of relevant experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Oracle Eloqua.
Strong understanding of relational database design and application
Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
