Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Campaign Marketing Manager to lead and execute our multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role involves working with Brands and ensuring successful strategic planning, creative ideation, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness, engagement, and marketing objectives. As the Campaign Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and manage campaigns that align with our business goals and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and other channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign strategies with business objectives, target audience, and branding guidelines.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
- Coordinate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Develop audience personas and segmentation strategies to tailor campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
- Utilize data insights to understand customer behavior and refine targeting methods.
- Monitor campaign performance and metrics, including ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Generate detailed reports to communicate insights, key learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Partner with sales to ensure campaign alignment with product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide insights from campaigns to improve product development and customer experience.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize impact while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Track and report on budget utilization and campaign spending.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proven experience developing and managing multi-channel campaigns with a demonstrated track record of driving growth and engagement.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to measuring campaign success and ROI.
