Campaign Manager

Job Title - State Head

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic State Head to lead our political campaign's state-level operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in political campaign management, grassroots organizing, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of field organizers, canvassers, and volunteers, campaign staff

Develop and implement state-level campaign strategy to achieve electoral goals

- Oversee campaign operations, including voter contact, outreach, and mobilization

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including elected officials, party leaders, and community leaders

- Analyze campaign data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance

- Travel extensively throughout the state to mobilise supporters, meet with stakeholders, and oversee campaign operations

Requirements:

- At least 8-12 years of experience in political campaign management, grassroots organizing, or related field

- Proven track record of success in leading campaigns or political organizations

- Strong knowledge of state political landscape and local communities

- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Experience with campaign software, data analysis tools, and social media platforms

- Strong research and policy analysis skills
