Responsibilities And Duties-
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and hands on experience in SEM, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM software, marketing database, email, and social media.
- Develop and manage the execution of compelling, forward - thinking marketing strategies across Real Estate Domain.
- Oversee and understand multiple campaigns while Analytical and strategic mindset from a day to day standpoint.
- Designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, YouTube, Quora, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Ability to run Native Ads on Publisher platforms.
- Evaluate important metrics to increase our website traffic, search words/keywords, and target audience.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Create a pipeline of high-value direct performance campaigns.
- Monitor delivery results regularly to ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to drive priorities.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure delivery of all campaigns as per clients requirements.
