As a Campaign Manager within the Growth team of Paytm, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our mutual fund and SIP offerings. Working with Growth Managers, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that support business objectives and drive growth for the categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive campaign plans and strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and market trends for mutual fund and SIP products.
- Identify key messaging, creative assets, and promotional tactics to effectively reach and engage target customers across various channels.
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, creative development, scheduling, and tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
Channel Management:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage multiple marketing channels, such as email, push, whatsapp, and other app campaigns.
- Audience Segmentation and Personalization:
- Utilize customer data and segmentation techniques to develop targeted messaging and personalized experiences for different customer segments.
- Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI, using analytics tools and dashboards.
- Generate regular reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform future campaign planning and strategy.
