- Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers
- Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
- Train Marketing Associates for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
- Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
- Communicate campaign recommendations back to their supervisors (Marketing Region/Project Head) very clearly and on a timely basis
- Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
- Writing and proofreading marketing copy, as well as ideating & creating designs for campaigns
Attributes of the ideal candidate:-
- Bachelors degree in communication, digital marketing, or related fields
- A prior job experience will be an added advantage
- Managed multiple lead generation platforms - Social, Search, Programmatic, etc.
- Knowledge of running B2B and B2C all types of campaigns- Display, Video, OTT, etc.
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- A good understanding of current marketing trends
- Google Ads and/or Facebook blueprint certification required
