The Role
Calling assigned leads to enquire customers interest in Org doorstep gold loan services. Moving the customer along the journey by xing appointments, providing support, and resolving queries. Make sure every gold loan is a great experience for the Oro customer.
Responsibilities
- Effectively being able to
- Explain and sell Org's plans and products
- Building rapport with the customers
- Follow up with potential customers on a daily basis
- Generate reports with details of conversations had with the users
- Be a great culture t - have the start-up energy and be ready to be on the move at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
- Freshers to 1+ years of prior work experience in the telecalling industry or at a call centre, preferably in personal, business or gold loans
- Ability to learn, be determined, and fulll weekly/monthly targets
- Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
- Basic communication (Kannada, Hindi), written and spoken.
- Basic excel skills are required.
