We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Executive with 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, engaging with them to understand their needs, and promoting our products/services. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, setting up meetings, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

• Key Responsibilities:

Conduct calling to customers for order confirmation and sales conversion.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for inquiries.

Convert leads into sales through effective phone communication.

• Maintain accurate call records and update customer and employee information

• Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track and manage leads.Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.

• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of market research and data analysis.
