Telecaller (International Outbound)
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Telecaller to join our international outbound team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects across various countries, promoting our products/services, and driving sales growth. *Key Responsibilities:*
- Make outbound calls to international customers and prospects to promote products/services
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Handle customer objections, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
- Update customer records and sales data in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
*Requirements:*
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
*Working Hours:*
- Shifts may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 6-8 hours per day, 5-6 days a week
