This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Urban Money in Noida. The Caller will be responsible for contacting clients to gather loan requirements, providing loan advisory services, and assisting clients in the loan application process. The role involves communicating loan details, collecting necessary documentation, and facilitating client inquiries.

• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Knowledge of loan products and services
• Experience in call center or customer-facing roles
• Basic understanding of financial terms and documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in local languages for effective communication
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
