Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Tricoplast Hair And Skin Clinic in Pune. The Caller will be responsible for making and receiving calls, scheduling appointments, providing information to patients, and maintaining communication with the clinic staff. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in customer service or call center roles
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
