Job Details

- Title: Customer Service Representative (Voice)

- Sector: Consumer Electronics

- CTC: 1.8 - 2 lakhs annually, subject to increment

- Location:

- Sector 88 (NSEZ Nearest Metro)

- Sector 112, Noida (Nearest Metro - Sector 76)

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer support primarily through calls, as well as emails and chat over call

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues

- Stay updated on RoarX products and services

- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude

- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes

- Meet performance targets and maintain service quality

Required Competencies

- Customer service management skills

- Excellent communication in at least two languages (English/Hindi)

- Confident and courteous demeanor

- Politeness when interacting with clients

- Basic computer knowledge (Windows, Excel, Google Sheets)

- Good typing speed (30-40 WPM)

- Prior call handling experience preferred
