Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling position located in Bhubaneswar. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, providing product information, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining customer databases and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and any local/regional language
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
