Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and explain their features and benefits.
2. Handle inbound calls from prospective clients and provide detailed information about our offerings.
3. Actively engage with leads to identify their needs, address inquiries, and offer suitable solutions.
4. Maintain a database of potential customers and update their contact information and interaction details.
5. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
7. Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and coordinate follow-up activities.
