Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Orphic Solution in Bhopal. The Caller will be responsible for making calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls and providing excellent customer service.

Making outbound calls to promote our products/services.

Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Achieving sales targets.

Maintaining records of customer details and calls.
