This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Orphic Solution. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to promote our digital marketing and content creation services. The role involves engaging with leads, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telemarketing or sales
• Ability to confidently pitch products or services over the phone
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Previous experience in the digital marketing or content creation industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
