Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Debt Recovery Telecaller at Jify. In this role, you will be responsible for making calls to customers to recover outstanding debts. You will handle customer inquiries, negotiate repayment plans, and provide excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role, primarily located in Mumbai with the flexibility to work from home.
