Responsibilities Respond to B2B in-bound customer calls regarding product/service request, complaints, enquiry.
Out-bound calls to leads generated through various sources to convert to sales.
Work hours: 9 hours of shift between 8 am to 8 pm, 6 days a week, rotational shifts.
Educational requirement: HSC pass, fluency in English required
Experience Minimum 6 months in BPO
