Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at a Call center located in Mumbai. As a Caller, your day-to-day tasks will involve making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about products or services. You will also be responsible for updating customer records and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to remain patient and positive during customer interactions
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus
