Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at ALLEN in Pune. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, answering inquiries about courses, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a database of contacts. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to engage with potential students.

Issue Resolution:

- Address customer queries and resolve any questions or concerns.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• MS-Excel
• Customer service orientation and phone etiquette
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Basic computer and CRM software proficiency
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
