Description

We are seeking a Call Handler with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and handling customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on queries or complaints
• Identifying and resolving customer complaints
• Providing exceptional customer service to all callers
• Maintaining accurate records of all calls and customer interactions
• Working closely with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field
