Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Handle calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information to customers.
• Data Management: Log customer details and call outcomes using Excel and CRM tools.
• Issue Resolution: Assist customers in resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams when necessary.
• Follow-up: Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address pending concerns.
• Reporting: Share daily or weekly performance reports with supervisors.

Required Skills:

• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English and local languages.
• Excel: Proficiency in Excel for data logging and basic reporting.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Qualifications:
