Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand and address client needs and requirements.
- Respond promptly and accurately to calls, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Collect and relay accurate information to clients and internal teams.
- Adapt to changes and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company and hospital policies in all interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries effectively.
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Identify priority issues and escalate them as necessary.
- Route calls to the appropriate departments or teams when needed.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and complete the call process.
- Document all call details according to standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot basic IT-related issues and escalate to the appropriate technical team.
- Multitask and manage multiple internal software platforms simultaneously.
- Monitor and respond to emails when required.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on weekends and in different shifts.
- Experience or background in home science is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency and basic knowledge of MS Office.
- 1- 10 years of international voice process experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices.
- High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach.
