Call Center Sales Manager

Location: RIICO Mansarovar, Jaipur (On-site, Monday-Saturday)

About the Role:

Brand Buddy is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Call Operator to join our team in Jaipur! In this role, you'll play a key part in our client onboarding process by making calls and using WhatsApp for marketing and sales communication. You'll also collaborate effectively with the team and have the opportunity to earn incentives based on your sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and Inbound calls to onboard new clients
• Utilize WhatsApp for marketing and sales messaging
• Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve sales targets
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in sales or a related field (a plus)
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (written and spoken)
• Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Whatsapp
