Job Description

Position: RTA Trainee

Location: Pune (Work from office)

Work Time: Night shift (Rotating) to support USA based customer.

Required Experience:

  • 1 year as Customer Agent in Call Center/BPO environment
  • Any prior experience as RTA (Real time analyst) would be good to have.
  • Experience with Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) and how to calculate KRA (i.e. AHT, Call per Hour, Quality Score, Shrinkage, etc.)
  • Good communication skills
