Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Operations Manager located in Noida. As the Call Center Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center. This includes managing and coaching the call center team, monitoring customer satisfaction, ensuring efficient operations, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for workforce management and ensuring high-quality customer service.
