Call Center Executive
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets- Manage a large amount of Inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Taking part in timely training and other learning opportunities to expand organization knowledge.
- Building lasting relationships with customers and other team members based on trust and reliability.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.- Outbound Calls - feedback on product quality and delivery standards, Scheduling Delivery Slots, Follow-up
Email - Answer queries, of clients
Excellent in communication
Good Communication in English/Malayalam / Hindi/ Tamil
Good personality
Must be computer-savvy
