Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an international call center
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month
Shifts: Rotational shifts, must be comfortable with evening and early shifts
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
