Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Call Agent at Suraj agero located in Delhi, India. As a Call Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. You will also assist with resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments.
